About Brobec

BROBEC was established in may 1992 by its president and founder Claude Méthot, a man of more than 35 years of experience in the tool business, with the help of his supportive wife Carole. Based in Montreal on the St-Laurent blvd, the head office is, since its creation, in constant improvement.

The year 2000 was the beginning of a new adventure with the opening of another store in Mirabel, on the Curé-Labelle blvd. Two years later, the store doubled it's floor space to allow more storage and provide better customer service.

The growth of the north shore of Montreal was a perfect opportunity for BROBEC to expand. Indeed, in 2005, the Mirabel store moved from 1,000 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. in Blainville. This new location allowed the company to offer even more products and brands. It was also possible to have a complete service department to ensure the customer's satisfaction.

Today, BROBEC is a worldwide distributor of staples, nails, screws, contractor tools, air tools, woodworking machineries and accessories, portable and stationary compressors, electric tools, manual, electric and pneumatic staplers and nailers, sandpapers, and more. We distribute our products in many industries such as homes, offices, schools, printers, furniture makers, upholsterers, carpenters, construction industry, packaging, etc …
